Based in Brooklyn, Mary Davis Interior Design is a boutique interior design studio that works on large and small residential design including home office styling, commercial office spaces, healthcare and wellness design and more. For over 10 years, clients have hired Mary to design spaces for living, working and entertaining. Across every project, our studio’s guiding principles are always the same: transparent communication, meticulous project management and above all: thoughtful design that looks and feels good.
Mary Davis Interiors believes that every home should reflect the soul, spirit and story of the people living in it. That’s why we design with intention and thoughtfully curate decor, sustainable textiles, accents and products from skilled, diverse artisans.
Meet Mary
Mary knew that interior design was her calling from the young age of eight. From an early age, her passion and curiosity for design compelled her to draw up expansion plans for her family home and create functional and comfortable spaces for doing homework. Mary knew the importance of “design with purpose” from an early age and has been pursuing that simple concept throughout her professional career.
Originally from Seattle, Mary moved to New York to pursue her graduate degree at Parsons School of Design. In 2010, she founded Mary Davis Interiors in Brooklyn, as Principal & Creative Director. For over ten years, she has helped clients infuse their personality, interests, hobbies and brands with the eclectic art, culture and diversity of Brooklyn.
Mary artfully balances functional design with beauty, and places a premium on how lifestyles should determine the type of spaces people live, work and play in. Adept at everything from planning and construction to on-site project management as well as decorating and styling, Mary’s experience across design, renovations and decorating is highly sought after by entrepreneurs and professionals with an on-the-go lifestyle.
